Wæm Ya Vah Zosgi (/ja/ /vah ˈzosgi/ [sick; ill; unwell] [wolf]) is a subtropical Town located in the Dewlǐq District of the Federation of Alveria.
The name Wæm Ya Vah Zosgi is derived from the Constructi language, as Wæm Ya Vah Zosgi was founded by Hd-35b 'Maria' Glegfeshe, who was culturaly Constructi.
Climate
Wæm Ya Vah Zosgi has a yearly average temperature of 28°C (82°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 32°C (89°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 24°C (75°F). Wæm Ya Vah Zosgi receives an average of 199 cm/y (78 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Wæm Ya Vah Zosgi covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 10712 m (-7805 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Wæm Ya Vah Zosgi was founded durring the late 14th century in winter of the year 1276, by Hd-35b 'Maria' Glegfeshe. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Hd-35b 'Maria' Glegfeshe.
Wæm Ya Vah Zosgi was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the late 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wæm Ya Vah Zosgi is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Wæm Ya Vah Zosgi is buildings are arranged arround a network of premissive gravel streets which form a grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town sits behind a stone-renforced palisade wall, with stone gatehouses and timber drawbridges for their trench. Wæm Ya Vah Zosgi's would-be-castle fortifications are in an unremarkable state. To some, this is the ideal sate for defences to be in. In need of absoutly nothing, and ready to serve the town as needed.
A quick look in any direction shows Wæm Ya Vah Zosgi is filled with vices. There are many taverns, brothels are advertising their services on the streets, cardsharks are plying their illicit trade within public squairs, and every shop has at least three signs advertising various sales on goods. That alone wouldn’t be too noticeable, if it wasn’t just so omnipresent and overwhelmingly how the people of this town live.

Wæm Ya Vah Zosgi has an animal control department which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the control, impoundment, and disposition of animals.

Wæm Ya Vah Zosgi has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Wæm Ya Vah Zosgi's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Wæm Ya Vah Zosgi possesses an older civil lighting system consisting of street lamps. These lights provide nighttime illumination to most city streets.
Wæm Ya Vah Zosgi has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Wæm Ya Vah Zosgi has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
The locals are in a state of despair and dull apathy. They've lost the things that used to give them pride and hope, with the best among them carrying on out of habitual duty and the worst giving ready hands to shameful deeds and ignoble acts. No one really believes the future can be better, and most seek only to satisfy immediate appetites.
Wæm Ya Vah Zosgi's garrison was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known primarily for its use of abstraction and simplicity. Clean lines, right angles, and primary colors characterized this aesthetic and art movement expressed via architecture and paintings. Its design ethos allows only primary colors and non-colors, only squares and rectangles, only straight and horizontal or vertical lines. Vertical and horizontal lines are positioned in layers or planes that do not intersect, thereby allowing each element to exist independently and unobstructed by other elements. These seemingly impossible principals for an architectural style coalesces into structures which most experts find hard to put into words. It is not that their geometry is impossible, but rather the style's attempt at producing works only describable visually was most successful..
